By ordering a service at the EDIT Salon, Client declares that there are no health contraindications to using the services offered by the Salon and that he/she has read these terms and accepts their terms. When making an appointment for a treatment, the client is obliged to provide her name and surname and current telephone number. Minors aged 13-18 may use the beauty salon's offer only with the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal guardians.
The EDIT salon offers a comprehensive package of beauty services, professional beauty advice and consultations, the possibility of purchasing retail cosmetics, Gift Cards and treatment packages.
Before starting the cosmetic service, I interview the client to determine whether there are any contraindications to the treatment due to health condition, past illnesses, lifestyle or other factors, and to determine post-treatment recommendations. Before starting the treatment, clients are obliged to inform me about any ailments that may constitute a contraindication to the cosmetic treatment (customers are in particular obliged to inform about: diseases of the circulatory, lymphatic, urological, mental, skin and bone systems, in particular: pacemakers, cardioverters , cancer, inflammatory conditions in the acute phase, history of jaundice, infection with HIV and other viruses, pregnancy or postpartum period, dentures, amalgams, metal implants in the body, previous strokes, etc.). Concealing diseases, illnesses or other conditions results in the Client taking responsibility for his/her health. If I withhold the above-mentioned information, I am released from liability for any possible consequences. Clients are also obliged to inform about any deterioration of their well-being during the treatments. In case of doubts or concerns related to the procedure performed, I undertake to provide comprehensive information about the procedure and its effects in a clear, transparent and reliable manner.
Before starting the treatment, clients are asked to remove their jewelry.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. Please inform me about any delay (preferably by phone). If you are more than 15 minutes late, I do not guarantee the full scope of the procedure. Any shortening of the procedure will only involve shortening the treatment stages, while maintaining all the stages included in a given treatment. In case of delay on my part, the procedure will be performed without shortening the treatment stages.
If less than 3 days remain until the scheduled appointment, I do not charge a deposit. After setting an appointment at a distant date (more than 4 days), in order for the appointment date to be confirmed, a deposit and bank transfer/cash must be paid within 48 hours. Deposit of £20 for a single treatment, £30 for treatments over £60. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, the appointment booking will be canceled. I send a reminder 48 hours before the scheduled visit. If the client does not show up for the treatment or does not inform me 24 hours before the treatment about a possible change or cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited for the loss of time incurred by the EDIT Beauty Salon. By canceling the visit within the specified time (24 hours before the date), the client receives a refund of the deposit paid. If the client shows up on the agreed date and the treatments are performed, the deposit is included in the final amount for the service. In the event of urgent situations beyond my control, it is possible to cancel or change the date as soon as possible after the situation occurs. Due to the change of the treatment date, the client can choose the next available date for the treatment that is most convenient for them.
Each client who decides to undergo treatments in a series, i.e. intervals of 7 - 14 days between subsequent treatments, is obliged to pay a fee in advance for the entire treatment package. In exceptional situations, I allow the payment to be divided into two installments.
The prices included in the price list may change, the scope of work and cosmetics used depends on the individual predispositions and needs of the client. The client is informed about all prices before the treatment in the salon or after a telephone conversation.
Opening hours may change depending on customer needs. It is possible to provide the service at other times than those mentioned above, but only after prior appointment.
Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the salon. All persons present on the premises of the EDIT Salon are obliged to comply with these regulations. In justified cases, I reserve the right to refuse to perform the procedure.
